As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I aim to create a safe and non-judgemental environment, tailored to your individual needs and circumstances. I will help you to gain insight into any difficulties you are facing, and find the strategies that will enable you to thrive.
I have experience of working with individuals affected by addiction, and have worked extensively post-qualification with women experiencing trauma. I will help you to explore your thoughts, feelings and relevant moments in your history, and discover a way forward that is right for you.
Prior to becoming a Psychotherapist, I worked for over 15 years within social care, providing support to children and families.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and always follow the principles of confidentially, empathy and congruence.
My practice is based in a dedicated counselling centre in Kingston-upon-Thames.
